Born and raised in Santa Rosa, California, Monica’s love for baking began as nothing more than a small hobby. Rather than hitting the books and attending college, she instead grabbed a toque along with some chef whites and studied at The Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, CA. After graduating from the CIA, Monica began working at local bakeries, honing her craft and dreaming of one day operating her own small business. Today, Monica is diligently working to make her dreams a reality one order at a time and thanks her community, friends and family for their support.
